Last week, Gild went on the road to Kelsey Pytlik's hometown of Cleveland to work with the YWCA Women's Leadership Boot Camp Alumni group. Together, we focused on how building positive female relationships can combat second generation gender bias—without even realizing it. The group members developed a few key characteristics of positive relationships: understanding the whole person, focusing on what you have, and supporting others through truly listening.
