With a bit of intentional reflection, each woman had the selected word for their necklace ready to go and were able to walk away with a lasting reminder of an amazing day.
It was the perfect venue for our Fostering Mentorship & Relationships workshop, focused on building relationships to combat gender bias. The workshop was paired with one of our favorite projects — the double Morse Code Necklace.
On Thursday, the group created a collaborative vision board, outlining the vision and goals for the WEN chapter in the new year. On Friday, each board member had the opportunity to focus on their own personal vision and goals for 2018, with the creation of a personalized strategy map and a morse code necklace.
We were SO excited to work with them again this week for their Quarterly Meeting in Columbus, Ohio.
We created Morse Code Necklaces with a personalized message that will now serve as an ongoing reminder of this workshop.

We asked the women attending our session what issues they are most interested in and concerned with related to being a woman in the workplace. We used their answers to craft a curriculum that was relevant, thought provoking, and engaging.
