This past Friday was the first workshop in a series of three workshops for the Xavier University Women's Emerging Leader Series. This month's topic was on Uncovering Unconscious Bias—setting the foundation for increasing our awareness of our own biases, and how they influence our interactions with the people around us. Next month we'll be tackling the topic of Communicating Effectively — and the session is already sold out!
