Intel and the Global Diversity & Inclusion Office have hosted a variety of workshops over the years led by external facilitators, but the Gild Collective pilot was the first such workshop to focus specifically on mid-level female employees. The content that was created by Kelsey Pytlik and Rachel Bauer was extremely impactful to the workshop participants, and I was personally able to collaborate with them both in depth over the months leading up to the workshop to ensure the modules were appropriate for the audience and addressed the internal issues female employees are facing at this particular point in their careers. Kelsey and Rachel were a pure joy to work with – great attention to detail, loads of enthusiasm and passion for the topics, timely responses, and a high level of organization and strategic planning. - Sarah Bryan Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager, Women’s Initiatives, Intel

Kelsey and Rachel were a pleasure to work with. They really sought to understand our needs for the program, and asked clarifying and thought-provoking questions that helped us think of new ways to engage the cohort. They met deadlines in a timely manner, and were always open to feedback, suggestions and changes. During the retreat they were professional, focused and fun. It was obvious they had put in the time and energy to prepare accordingly, and it was reflected in the success of the retreat and the positive comments from the participants. We are thrilled to have them as an important partner in our work. - Tamara Lang, Women Excel Programs Leader, Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber

Gild Collective provided an opportunity for Xavier University to engage with women alumni and friends in a professional development setting.  The ladies at Gild Collective worked with us to customize a series of professional development workshops around topics that women deal with in their careers.  Not only did participants have the opportunity to network with others, but walked out of each session with ways to manage and address a variety of workplace related issues.  What we liked about working with Gild Collective was their ability to customize workshops and we found the experience to be extremely rewarding.  We would recommend Gild Collective to organizations who are seeking talented and experienced facilitators to lead workshops that will enhance the development of women leaders in today’s fast moving environment. - Becky Jackson, Director of Alumni Engagement, Xavier University

Gild has presented at our last two conferences to rave reviews.  Of the six breakout sessions on our 2017 conference agenda, Gild was the highest rated session.  The beauty of what Gild offers is meaningful content delivered in a manner that sparks powerful conversations, even when discussing uncomfortable topics.  This ability to strike a balance between the presented material and audience participation drives stronger insights and deeper learning than presented material alone. I’ve been nothing but pleased in all my interactions with Gild.  Every proposal is well thought through and customized for the specific needs of our organization.  Kelsey and Rachel are responsive leading up to events and always deliver flawlessly on the desired content. - Pauline Krinov, WIN Leader for Mid-US Region and VP Product Management, Nielsen

Gild Collective has been an instrumental part of helping us build our women’s initiative. To help us kick off this initiative, Gild Collective presented an implicit bias training to our leadership team. Before the training, Gild Collective set aside time to listen to the issues we were facing within our firm and then customized a program to facilitate meaningful discussions on issues that needed to be addressed. This presentation not only helped lay the foundation to launch our women’s initiative, but also brought awareness of implicit bias to our leadership group. This training continues to spark important conversations throughout all levels of the firm. - Mackenzie, Talent Management Coordinator, Clark Schaefer Hackett

Rachel and Kelsey were terrific in co-designing a meaningful workshop, customizing the content and projects to meet our objectives, and a very fresh vs. standard corporate approach. Enjoy!” - Janet, HR Director, Procter & Gamble

The event was the most highly attended event in the past year, and we got great feedback from attendees. Our members enjoyed the crafting and reflection activities, plus we got something beautiful and meaningful to take away with us! - Sammy, ASPIRE, Procter & Gamble

There was so much positive buzz in our office after the event – everyone loved it! Both Rachel and Kelsey have impressive career backgrounds and this permeates all things that they do through Gild. It’s awesome to work with such driven and successful women who aim to inspire other women to do the same.  I highly recommend working with this awesome team! - Taylor, Emnos

The Gild Collective ladies were very attentive and helpful with providing ideas, guidance and inspiration when doing the craft project. They provided all the materials and had everything very organized to where the whole process flowed from one thing into the next. - Participant, Wellness Collective

A quick note to thank you for your happy presence and inspiring our ladies (and me) in our vision board. What you are doing is dynamic and definitely helps to empower and guide women towards confidence and eliminates negative self-talk. - Alena, Associate Director, Dress for Success Cincinnati

Gild Collective presented a workshop for Brighton Center, Center for Employment Training, on “Fostering Mentorship and Relationships.” It was an amazing opportunity for trainees to focus on leadership, self-awareness and personal growth. Combining self-reflection and group discussions with a creative project (in this case, a vision board) encouraged participants to move outside of their comfort zone and let their dreams and hopes take a form and shape that made them appear attainable. Thanks to Gild Collective for sharing their confidence and passion with Center for Employment Training. - Sue, Adult Education Skill Coach, Brighton Center, Center for Employment Training

Thank you so much for visiting Miami's chapter of I Am That Girl and providing an uplifting and empowering workshop. I know all of our members benefited from it in some way. Today I bumped into two members and all three of us were wearing our necklaces, a daily reminder of our inner badass and a symbol of our value and purpose in all areas of our lives. I'm so glad I had the chance to make my necklace in conjunction with such a thought provoking and meaningful workshop. - Antonia, President, I Am That Girl, Miami University Chapter
