In October we joined the North Carolina Association of CPAs for their Professional Women’s Conference in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Together with the attendees, we focused on creating solutions for gender issues.
In this session, we dig into the one thing we know never lies– the numbers. We use data to identify key issues of discrimination in the workforce and drill to the root causes and symptoms of these issues. Most importantly, we ideate on realistic and actionable solutions and tools to address these issues and push women’s equity forward.
