In September 2019 we were invited to create a workshop session for Ursuline Academy as a part of an event to welcome prospective 7th and 8th grade students to the institution. As a proud alumna of Ursuline myself, I (Rachel) was thrilled at the opportunity to give back as well as to work with young women at such a pivotal point in their lives.
The topic for our session was “Building Confidence in Your Future”, and we focused on the importance of developing our confidence as an integral part of leadership journeys. Together, the participants identified and shared their greatest strengths and proudest accomplishments, and reflected on their visions for leadership.
We had so much fun participating in this event, and look forward to giving back to Ursuline in the future.
