The Kroger Young Professional and Kepasa Associate Resource Groups co-hosted a workshop on "Mapping Performance" as employees prepare for performance evaluations in the new year. Each participant created a personalized strategy map, including key values, objectives, and strategies to achieve goals. We took this map one step further by hand-binding it as the first page in our Patterned Journals, so everyone will take their map everywhere they take their journal!
