Kroger Customer Loyalty & Marketing Cultural Council

We worked with the Kroger Customer Loyalty & Marketing Cultural Council on their Transition Offsite. The Cultural Council is made up of dedicated and engaged employees that want to impact the culture of the larger Customer Loyalty & Marketing in a positive way. Together we brainstormed ideas, voted on favorites, and plotted actionable items along a twelve month road map that the Council can begin executing on immediately.

We also made the collaborate string art project, where each of the 30 participants made a seemingly random shape on a wooden plank. When the shapes came together they formed the six houses of the Cultural Council pillars, and symbolized the importance of celebrating and accepting our differences and the way that they can create a beautiful picture together.
